NAAHL Membership Application Form
Please approve/renew our institution as a member of the National Association of Affordable Hosing Lenders (NAAHL) in the category indicated below, which we have selected from the listing on the attached Membership Dues Schedule. Upon approval of your membership application, you will receive email confirmation including your username and password.
General Members:
Banks/Financial Institutions/Mortgage Companies/Loan Consortia/Pension Funds/Insurance Companies
Annual membership fees are based upon the assets of the organization
Nonprofit Intermediaries/Community Loan Funds
Annual membership fees are based upon the fund balance or loan volume of the organization, as appropriate
Associate Members:
Associate Members: Organizations that are involved in, and concerned with, low- and moderate-income communities,
but not directly involved in lending or investing
Institutional Information
Additional Delegates:
Each member may name one or more individuals as additional delegates at a cost of $200 per person per year. Additional delegates receive the regular NAAHL mailings, including Washington Update and the NAAHL newsletter, Directions in Affordable Housing and Finance.
Number of Additional Delegates:
In accordance with the new Federal Communications Fax Regulation, all organizations are required to provide their consent to receive faxes sent by or on behalf of the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders and Center for Community Learning. Please enter your name and date below to authorize your organizations consent to receive faxes and emails from NAAHL and CCL.
